For industrial and manufacturing workers
Your work says more than your resume. Show it.
On Vetano you do not send a document and hope. You verify your ID once, record short clips of the work you actually do, and employers see the skill before they ever call you. It is free to get hired, and everything happens in the Vetano app.
Already have the app? Open it and finish your profile. Hiring instead? See the employer page.
How you get set up
All four steps happen inside the app. It takes most people under twenty minutes.
01Download the app and sign up
You log in with your mobile number. It is free to create a profile and free to apply to jobs.
02Verify your ID once
A one-time government ID check, about two minutes. It is why employers trust that you are who you say you are, and why fake job posts do not exist here.
03Record a short intro
Thirty to sixty seconds in your own words: what you run, where you have worked, what you are looking for next.
04Add clips of your work
Short videos of the actual task. A weld, a setup, a calibration, a startup sequence. Add your certifications to your profile so an employer can see them next to the work.

What a good work video looks like
- Film in landscape, phone braced on something steady.
- Show the setup, the technique, and the finished result.
- Say what you are doing while you do it, one or two sentences is plenty.
- Keep it under a minute. Employers watch more short clips than long ones.
- Never film anything that breaks your employer's rules or your site's safety policy.
