ID-verified video references.
A former manager, coworker or client vouches for the work on video. They verify their government ID first, and the candidate approves the reference before it appears.

How it works
For candidates
Tap Invite on your profile and send the link to someone who has seen you work. They record a short video and verify their ID. Nothing goes live until you approve it, and you can remove it anytime.
For the person vouching
No talent or employer account needed. Confirm your phone, record a short video, verify your government ID. It takes a few minutes. You choose whether employers can contact you, and you can revoke the reference anytime.
For employers
Ask for references in any job post. Each one is a real, ID-verified person who has seen the candidate work, on the profile before the first interview.

What we verify, plainly
We verify the identity of the person giving the reference against their government ID. We don't verify their employment history or the relationship they describe, and this isn't a background check. The candidate approves every reference, and either person can remove it at any time.
