Do students need a resume?

No. Students verify their identity, record an intro video, and record proof of their skill. That profile is what employers review.

What information does Vetano collect from students?

Identity verification handled by Persona, an intro video, a proof-of-skill video, and contact details so employers can reach them. Students control their own media and can re-record it any time. Details are in our privacy policy at https://vetano.com/privacy.

Does Vetano do background checks?

No. Vetano verifies government ID and shows demonstrated skill on video. Background checks, credit checks, license verification, and employment eligibility checks stay with the employer.

Which employers are on Vetano?

Vetano is new and growing city by city. Our first employers are in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. The trades listed on this page are the program areas the platform is set up for, not a roster of open jobs, and we would rather tell you that plainly than quote a number we cannot stand behind.
