How to enroll in the Vetano app
The affiliate program lives inside the mobile app. You'll need an ID-verified account before you can grab your referral link.

Download the Vetano app
Grab it from the App Store or Google Play and create your account (or sign in if you already have one).

Complete ID verification
Affiliates must have a verified identity — same Persona ID check every Vetano user goes through. This keeps the program clean and payouts trusted.

Open Settings → Affiliate Program
Tap your profile, open Settings, and select Affiliate Program. Accept the terms to activate your account.

Copy your default referral link
Your unique link is generated automatically. Share it in DMs, on LinkedIn, in your newsletter, or with any business owner who's hiring.

Create a custom link + QR code (optional)
Tap the QR code button in the top-right of the Affiliate screen to build a campaign-specific link with its own QR code — great for events, flyers, or partner outreach.

No self-referrals. Same-domain referrals (your email domain = their company domain) are blocked automatically.
Single $79 job posts and Enterprise contracts are not eligible for affiliate payouts. Vetano may pause or close accounts that violate the anti-fraud rules. Full program terms are available inside the Vetano app at enrollment.

Do single $79 job posts qualify for a payout?
No — only first-time paid subscriptions (Essential, Growth, or Scale) count. This keeps the program sustainable so we can keep paying $50 per referral.
When do I get paid?
30 days after the referred employer's subscription starts. The 30-day hold covers our refund window, so if a subscription is refunded or canceled inside that window, no payout is owed.
What if the employer cancels or refunds?
If the cancel or refund happens inside the 30-day hold, no payout is issued. If they stay past 30 days, you get your $50 — even if they cancel later.
How long does my referral link stay attributed?
60 days from first click. If someone clicks your link today and subscribes within 60 days, the referral is credited to you.
Can I refer my own company or a coworker?
No — self-referrals and same-domain referrals (your email domain = the referred company's domain) are automatically blocked. Referring other businesses you don't work at is encouraged, including business owners referring peer businesses.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are handled in the Vetano app after the 30-day hold clears. Payment method details are set up when you enroll.
