Vetano is new and growing city by city. It is not a database of millions of profiles you scroll through, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Most employers get their electricians by posting a role and sharing their Vetano link where they already recruit, so applicants arrive verified with video instead of as a stack of resumes.
We chose not to pad the app with fake jobs, fake candidates, fake reviews, or invented testimonials to look bigger than we are. That is common in this category. We would rather grow honestly and have the profiles you see be real people who verified their identity.
