Both Talent and Employers need to verify their identity using a valid Driver’s License or Passport. This ensures trust and safety within Vetano.

Step 2: Log In

• Enter your mobile phone number.

• You’ll receive a verification code via text.

• Enter the verification code to access Vetano.

Step 3: Select Your Role

Choose your account type:

• Candidate: Create a profile to showcase your skills and apply for jobs.

• Employer: Build a company profile and post job listings to find qualified talent.

For Candidates:

Create Your Profile

• Name and Tagline: Clearly state your profession or key skill.

• Biography: Provide a brief overview (max 1000 characters).

• Career Timeline: Highlight relevant experience.

• Attachments: Upload resumes, licenses, or certifications.

• Skills Showcase: Upload videos/images demonstrating your skills.

Apply for Jobs

• Explore job listings on the "Explore" page.

• Tap "Apply Now" on job listings that interest you.

Communicate

• When an Employer is interested, they'll send a connection request.

• Accept the request to open a direct chat.

For Employers:

Set Up Company Profile

• Company Name & Tagline: Clearly identify your business.

• Company Overview: Briefly describe your company (max 1000 characters).

• Company Showcase: Add videos/images highlighting your workplace.

• Address: Provide your business location.

Post Jobs

• Add job listings directly from your profile.

Connect with Talent

• Explore talent profiles on the "Explore" page.

• Purchase connection packages as needed.

• Send connection requests to talent you’re interested in.

• A connection is only used when talent accepts your request.

Manage Applicants

• Review applications on the "Applicants" page.

• Initiate chats with connected talent directly within the app.

Account & Settings

• Update personal or company information.

• View your verification status.

• Manage notification preferences.

• Purchase additional connections (Employers).

• Contact support for any issues.

• Easily delete your account if needed.
