Official Rules: Vetano Booth Promotions
Small Business Expo NYC, Javits Center, Thursday October 15 2026. Booth 412.

1. Sponsor
These promotions are sponsored and administered by Vetano, Inc. ("Sponsor"). Questions may be directed to support@vetano.com. Sponsor is not affiliated with the operator of Small Business Expo NYC or with Javits Center, and neither is a sponsor of these promotions.
2. Promotion period
Each promotion runs only during the published exhibit hours of Small Business Expo NYC on Thursday October 15 2026 at Javits Center, at Sponsor's booth 412, unless supplies or time are exhausted earlier.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, are legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, and are present in person at Sponsor's booth during the promotion period. Entry in the drawing described in Section 4 additionally requires a Vetano employer account with a verified company profile. Employees, officers, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
4. $1,000 drawing: how to enter
To enter, present your verified Vetano company profile at Sponsor's booth during the promotion period and allow a Sponsor representative to scan it. Limit one entry per employer account, regardless of the number of individuals associated with that account. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, or submitted by any means other than the method described here are void. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter.
5. Drawing, odds, and notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on October 23. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with the entering account and must respond within seven calendar days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Drawing prize
One prize of $1,000, awarded by electronic payment or gift card at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one prize per person and per employer account.
7. Putting green and hole-in-one cards
Attendees who present a valid show badge for scanning at Sponsor's booth during the promotion period may take one putt from a distance of about eight feet. Limit one putt per person for the duration of the show. The first twenty attendees to make a hole-in-one each receive one $50 gift card. Cards are limited to twenty total for the show and are awarded while supplies last. Sponsor representatives on site determine whether a putt is a hole-in-one, and those determinations are final. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate.
8. 3PM shootout
Every attendee who makes a hole-in-one during the promotion period qualifies for the shootout, whether or not a gift card remained available at the time. Qualifiers must be present at Sponsor's booth at 3PM to participate. Putting order is determined by random draw among the qualifiers present. Qualifiers putt in that order and the first to sink a putt wins $500 and the trophy. If no qualifier sinks a putt in a round, additional rounds are played in the same order until one does. If only one qualifier is present, Sponsor may award the prize on a single successful putt or cancel the shootout. Sponsor representatives on site resolve all questions of format and outcome, and those determinations are final. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate.
9. Job post credit
The job post credit is not a prize and is not part of any drawing. Attendees who complete government ID verification, create a Vetano company profile, and present that profile for scanning at Sponsor's booth during the promotion period receive one job post credited to their Vetano account. Limit one credit per employer account. The credit applies to a single standard job post, has no cash value, is not transferable, and expires October 22. Unused credits are forfeited on expiry.
10. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may require a completed tax form before a prize is released where the law requires it.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. Conditions and limitation of liability
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to these promotions. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control compromises its integrity or proper operation. Entrants release Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in these promotions or from acceptance or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with these promotions is used to administer them and is handled in accordance with the Vetano privacy policy.
14. Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these promotions shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
