Sponsor

Vetano Inc., 4 International Drive, Suite 110, Rye Brook, NY 10573.

Eligibility

Open to registered attendees of Small Business Expo NYC at the Javits Center on October 15, 2026, who are 18 or older. Employees of Vetano Inc. and its contractors, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Entry period

Entries are accepted from 9:30 AM to 3:55 PM ET on October 15, 2026, at Booth 412. Scans made outside this period are not eligible. The Sponsor's scan record is the official timekeeper.

How to enter

Create a verified Vetano business profile, with a mobile number, at app.vetano.com or in the Vetano app. You may create it any time before or during the show. Then have a Vetano representative scan your business profile QR code at Booth 412 during the entry period. Creating a profile is free. One entry per person.

Prize

One Apple iPhone 18 Pro, 256GB. Approximate retail value: $1,199. No substitution or cash equivalent, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable.

Winner information

The winner's first name, company and city will be published. As a condition of claiming the prize, the winner must provide tax information, including a completed IRS Form W-9, because the prize value exceeds $600.

Drawing method

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at 4:00 PM ET on October 15, 2026, at Booth 412. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner does not need to be present.

Notification and claim window

The winner will be notified by text message, email and phone call at the contact details given at entry, and must respond within 24 hours of notification. A winner who is at the show may claim the prize at Booth 412. Otherwise the prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, another winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries, and this repeats until the prize is claimed.

Putting green

Separate from the drawing, with no purchase or entry required. Attendees who scan a valid show badge at Booth 412 during show hours may take one putt. Each attendee who sinks the putt wins $50, up to thirty prizes in total, while supplies last. Limit one prize per person. Vetano representatives on site decide whether a putt is made, and their decisions are final.

General

The winner is responsible for any taxes. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control affects it. By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final.
